The Spirit of The Village
The village life encourages us all to look out for the whole.
It allows our children to play in our neighborhoods and have the watchful eye and protection of all our adults.
It frees us to share with those in need.
It encourages us to gather in our community public areas without fear, to enjoy one another’s company.
It begins with the desire to live in peace and make whatever efforts it takes to achieve it.Like overcoming individualism, eating healthier, falling in love with movement and interacting with one another with respect.
It is the hottest month of the summer, so our tip to you is to do all you can to stay hydrated!
Dehydration is a serious matter that can leave you exhausted, nauseated and suffering a serious headache. In addition, it is hard on your kidneys and liver.
To combat dehydration:
Drink plenty of water.
Consume watery fruits like watermelon and peaches.
Eat watery vegetables like cucumbers, lettuce and celery.
Drink coconut water.
Did you knowdrinking alcohol dehydrates you? Summer fun often includes drinking with friends. So, if you are out having fun drinking, be sure to balance it by drinking water along with the alcoholic drinks.
