Soul Vegan UK is a celebrated plant-based Caribbean soul food restaurant operating from BOXPARK Croydon in South London. The business is run by three Bermudian sisters — Jameelah Brinson, Karima Gardner and Ahyaana Tiana Young — who have been plant-based since birth and carry forward the Village of Peace's culinary tradition in Britain. They won the StartUp Croydon competition with their outstanding plant-based Caribbean offerings.
