Think and be aware of the activities in your life and how you feel afterward. Is it really fun if it’s draining you? Seek out activities that energize you, and choose uplifting and rewarding ways to spend your precious time.

The Spirit of the Village
Here in the Village of Peace Dimona, Israel, we are in the midst of a national Holy Day season. Families are enjoying special meals and activities together. We just enjoyed our annual Fathers-Sons and Mothers-Daughters activities! Everyone bonded by sharing fun and games and special time together.
Health Tip
We are moving into autumn now. The change of the season is an important time to cleanse your system to strengthen it for the winter cold and flu season. Building your immune system is what will help you fight off any winter bugs and give you the best chance of fighting off any recurrence of the dreaded virus.
Here in the Village, we all just completed our seasonal cleansing and detox. Here’s how you can do the same: You can take any type of laxative or enema on the weekend, and give your body a break from any heavy eating.
Then detox with 5 days of garlic and olive oil – 1 spoon of olive oil with a crushed clove of garlic – first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Afterward, wait at least two hours before drinking and eating. This is so supportive for your blood and your digestive system.
On your sixth day, take another light laxative to flush out any impurities from your detox. Walla! Your body will thank you. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout. If you are under a doctor’s care, be sure to communicate with your doctor first.
Release is Good
Cleansing and detoxing are about letting go of anything clogging up your system. This release is good; it’s freeing.
It is also important to unclog mentally and spiritually to revive yourself. It pays to know your inner workings and make the effort to create the best you.
