About Adina's Vegan Cuisine

Adina's Vegan Cuisine is a Black, women and family-owned plant-based restaurant operating from the Carter Common Food Hall in North St. Louis. Founded by Cheryl (Adina) McKinney and her daughter Vicki (Ahturah) Jordan, the restaurant brings the Village of Peace's culinary heritage to the American Midwest with soul food completely reimagined as plant-based cuisine.

The menu rotates daily to offer variety and freshness: Tuesdays feature vegan Mexican cuisine; Wednesdays bring hearty sandwiches and wraps; Thursdays offer homestyle comfort meals including lasagna and spaghetti; Fridays serve a beloved faux fish fry; and Saturdays feature jerk jackfruit sliders, plant-based grilled 'salmon' sliders, jackfruit nachos and vegan mac and cheese.

Signature items include the Lemon-Lime Kale Salad and cold-pressed juices sourced from local Pure Juice. Adina's also maintains a grab-and-go section of salads, sandwiches and quick meals. The business has been featured in Sauce Magazine, Feast Magazine and FOX 2 News, recognised as a standout in St. Louis's growing plant-based food scene.
